A lovely time it was !!

Its really long after blogging !!....... too long I say, there were many times wen i wanted to make a come back , but the same inertia that pulls me back from doing anything good, has kept me away once again .But ya, today has been a little different in every way ....er... not really but slisha (insti lingo). Wat is it that makes me blog again ? wat is it that drove this lazy lump to sit n write down a few sentences ?==========> A Heart Felt thanks to Aditi, (a 5 th yr snr) who put me a treat, where i got indulged to my heart 's content.This is how the evening turned dark...

After a tiring day (until 5'o clock--CAD LAB), I went directly to the room beside the intercom in the 5 th year wing of sharav.Now, thats the room in which this sweety lives (aditi), as we were discussing where to go on a treat (mind u ! she was giving) Usha joined us. All three of us were now discussing all kinds of matters under the sun (this usually happens wen girls meet), n then came the topic of "convocation".They made me watch the Steve Jobs video, then slowly moved on to the suppers issue...

The options were between 1)tandoor 2)sigri 3)mainland china 4)little italy 5)tangerine 6)cedar 7) eden n so on n so forth .... after ruling out every possible option that went out of way
we went for eden.(besant nagar)

A half an hour's time was given to me for getting ready (it was 6:38 pm in my watch then=> around 7:10 shud be ready).I thought that i'd get a chance to have a nice refreshing bath, but wrong i was ! U never know what the future has got for u .

[yesterday's Tomorrow has become today !---the first of april "happy fool's day !"]

Hmm..then i was caught in a situation where the given half an hour's time jus slipped out of my hands and made the poor seniors wait for an hour.Finally, got all ready n set to go; it was around 7 :35 pm by then. Clicked some pictured, got a few compliments (blush :D) and then moved towards GC. On the way met freshies who were also going out to unwind themselves after quiz 2.
After a long time (around some 15 -20 mins), got a lift (give up on insti bus service). Reached the main gate sooner than we expected. Now, suddenly there was another proposal -- what if we go to CLAY OVEN ?... Eden was a veg restaurant.. okie "jab jaa hee rahe tho why miss non -veg ?", me n usha were like "er...anything is pretty ok with me u both decide, " -- all this naatak upar upar... finally ended up in clay oven .. n ya usha warned well in advance that her budget should'nt exceed 225 bucks !

Then took a bus (aditi was for auto though) n went to besant nagar, ek paagal TC tha uss bus mein ! .... we walked past eden n went to clay oven .... had awesome food , (the table behind us was occupied by some seniors--last yr pass outs=> aditi told) and then went on our discussion
once again, this time a lil different though, from dhirubhai ambani,ratan tata to my HS prof to "wat most of the iitians end up doin ", also came up the topic--how to run a restaurant(or a chain of 'em) successfully, the strategies put by the (CCD)restaurant pple wen the crowd dwindles away..(FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Why does the CCD chap take longer time to deliver your order despite there being no crowd ??)

Like the icing on the cake came the cake walk pastry which made my meal complete. Mine was black currant, usha's --leechi, and aditi's --chocolate delight, though they were priced a lil high (compared to CCD;they were amazing !)

We packed the beach plan, as we were in no mood to dirty our clothes. So, walked a lil further to catch an auto....(ha ha ha...lol maxx :D) . This happened at the bus-stop right in front of karaikudi, Aditi asked an auto driver,"Sir,how much does it take to go to iit campus (main gate) ?".To this the auto fellow replied,"how much will u spare?" aditi told, 40 bucks n he says "Rs.40 !! HOO.... HOO...". In reply pschyed up aditi says "HOO....HOO---HEE...HEE", right on his face and both of us (me n aditi burst out laughing)...luckily the bus came n we were safely dropped at the iit gate, n from there after a span of 15-20 mins again got a lift. Came back and again took pics..........

By far these are the most memorable moments of my life. During freshie days it was Prassanna(civil dual) who first took us to rain forest and now its aditi (civil dual) who again took me for the first time to clay oven..... may be lookin at the trend i guess next it ll be keerthi's turn(civil dual---who ll pass out next year).Why do i share such a nice rapport with civil girls ?

Its time to wind up ! so everything was fine and all of us ..........lived happily ever after !!
